Copper Alloys and Bronze Products

We offer various copper alloy products, including bronze (copper-tin alloy).
Available shapes include round bars, pipes, plates, and hexagonal bars to suit your needs.

This section covers the basics of bronze, its uses, and the products we provide.

What is Bronze?
Bronze is an alloy made primarily of copper and tin, used since ancient times for its excellent strength and corrosion resistance.
It is widely used across infrastructure, industrial machinery, and water supply components.
We offer the most suitable copper alloy materials for your application.

Copper Alloy Ingots

We apply strict internal quality standards that are stricter than JIS for all raw materials.
Our proprietary casting process ensures consistently high-quality ingots.
We also offer casting with custom compositions based on client specifications.

Main Applications:

Used as raw materials for castings in parts such as valves, pumps, bearings, water supply fittings, and decorative items.

Continuous Casting Products

We offer a wide range of sizes, from thin-walled products (e.g., φ85×φ77) to large diameters (up to φ300×φ180), and plates 12–70 mm thick and 210–400 mm wide.
With a strong inventory and flexible small-lot production, we ensure prompt delivery.
Custom sizes and copper alloys are available upon request.

Main Applications:

Widely used in sliding parts such as bushings, sleeves, and bearings, as well as in gears, valves, and pressure-resistant water fittings.
